• What is your turnaround time?

    Our turnaround time is 3-5 business days for retail orders and 7-10 business days for large wholesale & team store orders.

  • Do you offer returns or exchanges?

    We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. If your order is incorrect or has a defect, we will make it right. Any issues with orders must be reported within 72 hours of being delivered. You can email us.

  • How do you ship?

    We use USPS and UPS to ship packages. Once a package is in the hands of USPS or UPS it becomes there responsibility.

  • How can I track my package?

    When you order ships a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.

A little about me! I’m Gaylen Thompson, and I started Southern Magnolia nine years ago—right after graduating high school. Since then, I’ve earned my degree in Sports Administration from Mississippi State University, and I’ve continued to pour my heart into this business.

My dream is to grow Southern Magnolia into a thriving company that creates jobs and opportunities right here in our community.
